Seven-Layer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce or spinach
    1 pkg. radishes, sliced
    1 pkg. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    6 boiled eggs, chopped or sliced
    1 pkg. frozen green peas
    1 lb. ham cubes
    3 cucumbers, sliced
    green onions (scallions), sliced as desired
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    cherry tomatoes as desired
Preparation
    Slice, crumble, chop or shred first 8 ingredients in separate bowls.
    Layer ingredients, beginning with lettuce or spinach. Lettuce or spinach will be layered in between other ingredients. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream together.
    Amount will depend on size of bowl, since the mayonnaise mixture is spread across the top of the salad, sealing edges.
    Let sit in refrigerator overnight.
    Mix together just before serving.
    Add cherry tomatoes, if desired.
