Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 apples, sliced thin
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1/3 c. orange juice
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients in a bowl.
In another bowl, blend remaining ingredients 1 minute at low speed; 4 minutes high speed. Blend apple mixture into batter by hand or with mixer.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Let stand for 1/2 hour out of draft (angel food pan preferable).
