Chicken And Rice Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken
1 c. long grain rice
1 c. sweet rice
6 to 8 cloves garlic
1 large onion
1 tsp. ginger
salt
soy sauce
Preparation

Cut up chicken and remove skin.
Boil chicken in water with ginger.
Mince garlic and onion.
Remove chicken from water and add rice.
Simmer.
Stir often.
Add water as needed.
Remove chicken from bone and cut into small pieces.
Mix garlic, onions and chicken.
Add rice.
Simmer, stirring often.
Soup will thicken as rice cooks.
Add salt or soy sauce to taste.
Soup should be thick.
