Sherried Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
    1/2 stick butter
    2 c. parsley, finely chopped
    1/2 c. sherry
    hot fluffy rice
Preparation
    Saute shrimp in hot butter for 2 minutes. Reduce heat and stir in parsley. Add the sherry and stir for another minute. Serve with rice. Makes 4 servings.
