Cocoa, Raisin And Walnut Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 large egg
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
    3 Tbsp. raisins
    3 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Combine butter and sugar in a mixing bowl.
    Beat with an electric mixer until mixture is light and fluffy.
    Add egg and mix thoroughly.
    Combine next 6 ingredients in a mixing bowl.
    Remove 3/4 teaspoon flour mixture and toss with raisins and walnuts in another bowl.
    Add 1/3 flour mixture to egg mixture and mix thoroughly.
    Stir in half the milk.
    Add another 1/3 of flour mixture and mix well.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix.
    Spoon batter into prepared muffin tins.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
