Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. zucchini
    1 c. onion
    1 c. green pepper
    1 c. celery
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Coarsely chop vegetables (run through meat grinder or blender).
    Drain.
    Beat eggs. Combine all ingredients.
    Pour into greased 8 x 11-inch pan. Bake 1 hour.
    Can top with grated cheese the last 10 minutes.
