Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. seasoned stuffing mix
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 broiler fryer, cut up
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Put butter in shallow baking pan and melt.
    Crush stuffing mix with rolling pin.
    Add salt to crumbs. Beat eggs with water in pie plate.
    Dip chicken in egg mixture, then shake a few pieces at a time in stuffing mix until coated. Place skin side down in melted butter in single layer.
    Bake uncovered in a 425\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Turn and bake 15 minutes longer.
