Easy Garlic Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp (about 35)
    3/4 c. Spanish olive oil
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Shell and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact.
    Combine rest of ingredients and marinate shrimp in mixture for at least 1/2 hour.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 5 to 7 minutes or until shrimps are pink. Serve as main dish or as appetizer with wooden picks.
    Serves about 35.
