Cherry Sparkler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. cherry gelatin
1 1/2 c. boiling water
2 1/2 c. cold ginger ale or cola
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Add ginger ale or cola slowly.
Pour into parfait glasses. Chill until firm.
If desired, garnish with whipped cream and mint sprigs.
