Fresh Apple Cake And Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced apples
    3 c. self-rising flour
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients together.
    Bake in oblong pan at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool and then glaze.
