Apple-Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. white angel food cake mix
5 medium red cooking apples
1/4 c. apple jelly
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Prepare cake according to package directions.
Bake in jelly roll pan for 30 to 35 minutes. Invert to cool.
When cake is cooled, preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Cut each apple in half and slice thinly. Bake slices 10 minutes; cool 5 minutes.
Place apples on cooled cake.
Heat jelly and cinnamon in saucepan and spread over apples on cake.
Serves 20. Contains 105 calories.
