Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 apples, cored and sliced
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs
1 c. Crisco or vegetable oil
1 c. orange juice
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix together apples, sugar and cinnamon (set aside).
Combine other ingredients and mix well.
Pour 1/2 of batter into 10-inch tube or Bundt pan, greased and floured.
Put apple mixture on top of batter.
Cover with remaining batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
