Tomato Cheese Crusts(Appetizer) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 small onion, finely minced
2 Tbsp. butter
2 ripe tomatoes
little salt and pepper
1 beaten egg yolk
1 1/2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
few drops of Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Saute onion in butter until soft and pale gold.
Add tomatoes that have been peeled, seeded and diced with a little salt and pepper.
Cook over low heat until tomatoes are thick and no liquid remains.
Cool the mixture completely and stir in egg yolk, Parmesan cheese and Worcestershire sauce.
Spread the mixture on slices of toast (Italian bread) and place them in a hot oven (400\u00b0) until the topping is lightly browned.
Serve the \"Crestini\" very hot.
Very easy to make and delicious!
