Stroganoff Beef Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon, fried crisp
    1 large chopped onion
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    dash of pepper
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    8 to 10 hamburger buns, toasted
Preparation
    Cook the bacon until crisp; drain on a paper towel.
    Cook onion in bacon grease; drain in a colander.
    Cook the ground beef until done; add the bacon and onion.
    Blend the flour and seasonings into the mixture; stir in the soup.
    Cook slowly, uncovered, for 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Stir in the sour cream and heat through.
    Serve, open-faced, on the toasted buns. Feeds four teenage boys or a family of six.
