Cheesecake Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 vanilla wafers
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 can cherry pie filling or any flavor
Preparation

Line 24 muffin tins with paper liners.
Place one wafer in the bottom of each.
Blend sugar, cream cheese, lemon juice, eggs and vanilla in bowl.
Spoon enough mixture in each tin to fill half full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Cool.
Top with pie filling.
