Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    2 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 (10 oz.) box frozen strawberries
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    2 bananas, mashed
Preparation
    Dissolve the Jell-O in water.
    Add immediately the frozen strawberries, pineapple and bananas.
    Stir well and pour half of the mixture into the Jel-N-Serve.
    Place into refrigerator to congeal.
    Leave other half on countertop.
    When mold is congealed, put a layer of sour cream over the salad and spread gently.
    Then very gently dip the rest of the Jell-O mixture over the sour cream and return to the refrigerator.
    May be made a day ahead.
    Keeps well, if sealed.
    Serves 12.
