Clara'S Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. cream cheese
    4 oz. Bleu cheese (in pieces)
    1/4 c. butter
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2/3 c. coarsely chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation
    Have all at room temperature.
    Cream in mixer.
    Cover and chill for 3 hours until firm enough to shape.
    Divide into 2 balls.
    Roll in chopped nuts.
    Wrap in plastic and foil.
    Place in plastic bag.
    Freezes well.
