Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 thick cut chops
    1 bag fresh spinach
    3 Tbsp. garlic
    1/2 stick butter
    splash of olive oil
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place butter and oil in frying pan until melted. Add garlic. Saut for 5 to 8 minutes, being careful not to burn garlic. Add fresh spinach and wilt down. Add cheese. Cut chops to bone, making a pocket. Put spinach mixture in each chop. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until done.
