Dutch Apple Pie - cooking recipe

1 large ready graham cracker pie crust
2 large egg yolks, slightly beaten
8 c. sliced, peeled cooking apples
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. butter (room temperature)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Brush bottom and side of crust evenly with egg yolk.
Bake on baking sheet until light brown, about 5 minutes.
Remove crust from oven.
Reduce oven heat to 350\u00b0.
