London Broil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. London broil
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Score meat by making shallow cuts across the meat in a diamond pattern on both sides.
    Marinate meat in oil, vinegar, garlic, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper for 1 hour.
