Ingredients

2 oranges
4 lb. pears (9 c.), diced
2 c. canned crushed pineapple, drained
sugar
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, finely chopped
Preparation

Wash and remove peel from oranges.
Add 1 quart of water to peel and boil 5 minutes.
Drain; discard water.
Add another quart of water to peel and boil again for 5 minutes.
Drain and grind peel and peeled oranges together.
