Liver Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground liver
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 egg
    1 stack crushed crackers (1 regular pkg.)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix well; form into balls the size of walnuts.
    Drop into a good beef broth.
    Boil for 30 minutes.
