Forgey'S Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 green pepper
    1 onion
    hot peppers
    2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    garlic powder
    cilantro (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all vegetables together in bowl; lightly salt.
    Put in garlic powder to taste and vinegar.
    Add hot peppers to taste, depending on heat of peppers.
    Add cilantro (optional).
