Chili Con Queso(Mexican Cheese Dip) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 can chopped green chili peppers
    1 can tomatoes
    1/4 tsp. coriander
    1 large onion
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large frying pan.
    Saute onion until soft. Add chili peppers, tomatoes, garlic and coriander.
    Serve for 1 hour.
    Keep on very low heat and then add cheese cubes and heat until melted.
    Serve warm with taco chips.
