Strawberry Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 oz. strawberry jello
2 c. boiling water
1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
1 can strawberry pie filling
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Preparation

Combine jello and boiling water.
Mix well.
Stir in pineapple, juice and pie filling.
Pour into a 7 1/2 x 12-inch dish.
Refrigerate until set.
Mix together cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla.
Spread over strawberry gelatin. Sprinkle with nuts.
