Coconut Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    2/3 stick margarine
    8 oz. coconut
    3 Tbsp. milk
    2 c. sugar
    2 unbaked pie crusts
    1 tsp. vanilla or lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and pour into pie crust.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until golden brown.
