Caramel-Oatmeal Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. uncooked old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
    1 c. plus 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    10 Tbsp. low-fat margarine, cut in pieces
    3/4 c. walnuts, chopped
    1 (12 oz.) jar caramel ice cream topping
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Line 9-inch square baking pan with foil, letting ends extend above 2 sides of pan.
    Lightly grease foil.
