Pop In Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew meat
    9 stalks celery
    8 carrots
    6 potatoes
    2 large onions
    1 can whole tomatoes (28 oz.) or 2 jars homestyle gravy
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. instant bouillon or 1 cube
    1/3 c. instant tapioca pudding
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. garlic
Preparation
    Set oven to 325\u00b0.
    Bake for 2 to 3 hours.
