2 1/2 c. sifted cake flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oil
5 egg yolks
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
8 egg whites
1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients into bowl.
Make well in center of dry ingredients.
