Goulash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    leftover roast beef or steak, cubed
    1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
    sliced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/5 tsp. pepper
    1 pt. canned tomatoes
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cover bottom of 1 1/2-quart casserole with meat.
    Spread rice over meat.
    Cover rice with onion; sprinkle salt and pepper.
    Top with tomatoes and water.
    Cover; bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours.
