Grandma Normandeau'S Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. water
1 1/2 lb. chopped meat
1 medium onion, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
1 can crushed tomatoes
2 Tbsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. carrots
rice or macaroni
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients in a large stock pot (except rice or macaroni).
Boil over low heat 45 to 60 minutes.
Serve over rice or macaroni.
