Italian Sausage And Broccoli Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch broccoli
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. Italian sausage or 1/2 lb. hot
1 small onion
4 large cloves garlic, minced
2 red bell peppers (green okay) in 1/4-inch slices
2 oz. sunflower seeds or pine nuts
2 tsp. fennel seed
2 Tbsp. dry vermouth or wine or water
8 oz. fettucine or egg noodles
fresh Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. seeded raisins
1/4 c. apricots (dried)
2 lb. minced or ground beef
bread (1-inch thick slice)
2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1 large onion, grated
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. mild curry powder
2 eggs
2 to 3 bay leaves
Preparation

Serve with rice (mixed with turmeric to give it a rich yellow color), shredded coconut, sliced banana and chutney.
These are usually placed in separate dishes and passed around to be sprinkled on top of the bobotie.
