No Fat Chocolate Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
4 tsp. cornstarch
2/3 c. evaporated skim milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In a small saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa and cornstarch.
Add skim milk.
Cook and stir constantly over medium heat until thickened.
Continue cooking for 2 more minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla.
Serve warm or cool.
Can keep in refrigerator covered for one week.
Use on ice cream, cake, etc.
Only 47 calories per tablespoon.
