Parsley Buttered Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced potatoes
    1 or 2 Tbsp. parsley
    3 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender.
    Drain thoroughly and replace over heat for a minute to evaporate excess moisture.
    Pour melted margarine over potatoes.
    Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
