Peanut Butter Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c packed brown sugar
1/2 c all purpose flour
1/4 c peanut butter
2 tbsp butter or margarine, melted
1/2 c peanut butter
1/4 c shortening
1 c packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 c all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 c milk

Preparation

In a mixing bowl, stir together 1/2 c brown sugar, 1/2 c flour, 1/4 c peanut butter and melted butter or margarine till crumbly; set aside. Cream 1/2 c peanut butter and shortening. Gradually beat in 1 c brown sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating till light and fluffy after each addition.
