Apple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. finely chopped, peeled apples
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat
    oil,
    sugar, eggs and vanilla until well blended. Combine
    dry
    ingredients and add to sugar mixture; beat well. Stir
    in
    apples
    and
    nuts.
    Pour\tinto a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan or Bundt pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes.
