Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni by directions on package.
    Blend flour, mustard, salt and pepper together.
    Melt margarine in 1-quart saucepan. Add flour mixture.
    Cook until blended; add milk and cook for about 10 minutes.
    Add cheese and heat until cheese melts.
    Drain and rinse macaroni.
    Layer in greased casserole with sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
