Stir-Fried Veggies - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 red onion, sliced in rings
 
1 to 2 red bell peppers
about 5 yellow squash or zucchini
celery
cooked pasta (optional)
1 fresh broccoli bunch
1/2 cauliflower
green onion
Preparation
- 
                            Melt a tiny bit of butter in a pan (electric skillet or wok works best).
 
Stir until onion begins to be transparent. Stir constantly.
Season with lemon pepper or seasoning salt or with favorite seasonings.
