Remoulade Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    4 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. paprika
    dash of cayenne
    2 Tbsp. catsup (optional)
    1 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
    1/2 c. green onions, minced
Preparation
    Combine lemon juice, vinegar (tarragon, if you have it) and seasonings.
    Gradually add oil.
    Stir with fork or rotary beater to blend well.
    Add celery and onion.
    Makes 2 cups.
