Nancy'S Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. thinly sliced onions
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 lb. (can) lump crabmeat or 7 1/2 oz. canned crabmeat
Preparation
    Bake pie shell in 350 degree oven for 7 minutes.
    Spread filling in pie shell and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Baked pie can be frozen when wrapped well in foil.
    Thaw and warm in 350\u00b0 oven.
