Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 pkg. sugar-free vanilla instant pudding
1/8 tsp. ginger
1 c. skim milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Put milk in bowl; add 2 packages of pudding mix.
Blend with whisk until well blended.
Will be very thick.
Add pumpkin, nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger.
Blend all together.
Refrigerate about 3 hours to blend the flavors.
