Favorite Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 large very ripe bananas, mashed
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream together margarine, sugar and eggs.
Add the flour and soda alternately with the buttermilk, ending with the flour.
Add vanilla.
Fold in mashed bananas and pecans.
Bake in a Bundt pan at 325\u00b0.
May also be baked in 2 loaf pans.
