Seafood Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 to 12 wide lasagne noodles
1/2 tsp. tarragon, crushed
3 c. white sauce
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 lb. seafood (shrimp, crab, scallops, firm fillets), cut in pieces
sauteed, fresh mushrooms
Preparation

Cook
noodles
as
directed
on package.
Prepare white sauce and stir in tarragon.
Grease a 9 x 12-inch pan.
Layer 1/3
of the
noodles,
1/3
seafood,
1/3 white sauce and 1/3 cheese; repeat twice.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
