Easy Oven Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. potatoes, washed and quartered (leave skin on)
    1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
    1 tsp. marjoram
    1 tsp. thyme
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Cut potatoes.
    Put in plastic bag with seasonings, oil and melted butter.
    Shake, coating potatoes well with oil mixture. Pour potatoes, seasonings, oil and butter out into Pam-sprayed casserole dish (2-quart). Cover with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
