Broccoli-Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. broccoli florets
    1 (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    24 jumbo shells, cooked
    3 c. tomato sauce
Preparation
    Steam or boil broccoli florets until crunchy tender.
    Allow to cool.
    Mince florets, either with a sharp knife or in food processor, fitted with a sharp blade.
    Combine broccoli with Ricotta, eggs, Parmesan, pepper, nutmeg and oregano and stir until well combined.
    Stuff each cooked shell with 1 tablespoon of mixture.
    Pour sauce over shells and bake at 375\u00b0 until hot.
