Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large containers large mushrooms
    4 strips bacon
    6 Tbsp. oleo
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 eggs
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Wash and pat dry the mushrooms; remove the stems, chop and set aside.
    In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crisp, when cools off crumble and set aside.
    Pour off bacon grease; and in the same skillet, melt the oleo.
    (Use 4 tablespoons of this to brush the mushroom caps and to remaining 2 tablespoons, saute onion and mushroom stems.) Remove from heat.
