Cheesy-Herb Low-Fat Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. low-cal type Miracle Whip
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. Neufchatel cheese, softened
    1 tsp. mixed salad herbs, crushed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients and chill well. Serve as a dip for carrot sticks, celery sticks, cauliflower, etc.
