Coca-Cola Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. unsifted flour
2 c. sugar
2 sticks margarine
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. Coke
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Preparation

Sift flour and sugars in a large bowl.
Heat margarine, cocoa and Coke. Bring to boiling point.
Pour over flour mixture. Add buttermilk, soda, eggs, vanilla, salt and marshmallows.
Batter will be thin and marshmallows will float on top.
Pour batter into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Ice cake while hot.
