Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped almonds
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 lb. bacon, crisp and chopped
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. cream
salt and pepper
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Put onion, almonds, Swiss cheese, butter, flour and bacon in pie shell.
Mix eggs and cream together and pour in pie shell. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes and then at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes more.
