Bacon-Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) box garlic-onion croutons
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 (2 oz.) jar real bacon bits
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Colby/Monterey Jack cheese
    7 eggs
    1 3/4 c. half and half
    6 or 7 eggs, slightly beaten
    6 slices bread (without crust), torn into bits
    1 lb. sausage, cooked
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in a large bowl.
    Pour into a greased Pyrex pan (9 to 10-inch square) and refrigerate 12 hours or overnight.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Do not preheat oven.
